Cancellations are accepted. To request a cancellation, please do so within 24 hours of purchase.
**Returns and Exchanges:**
We do not accept returns. However, exchanges are permitted if your item arrives damaged. Please contact us immediately via email at olivosartstudio@gmail.com if your item is damaged upon arrival.
**Instructions for Returns:**
In the rare event that an exchange is necessary, we will provide you with instructions along with prepaid postage for the return.
**Processing Time:**
For art on paper and canvas, please allow 3 to 5 days for processing time.
For sculptures and Altars, processing typically takes 3-4 weeks.
