Disclaimer

We make all reproductions in our studio ourselves, to ensure clarity and accuracy of the image. We use Genuine Epson UltraChrome Ink on Epson Velvet fine art paper or Epson Exhibition Canvas Matte to ensure longevity and quality. Please feel free to e-mail us if you are interested (when available), in the original. The images on our necklaces have been created with the same materials than our reproductions on canvas. This means there really is a tiny painting inside the glass. Thus, not only the can the glass surface scratch and even shatter; the miniature painting can suffer damage.

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% made to order. OlivosARTstudio prepare all products within 5 to 10 business days. Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges allowed.

Shipping

OlivosARTstudio ships all its orders through USPS Priority mail

At OlivosARTstudio, we are a 2 person team making most items to order. We generally ship within 5 to 10 days but please note: One of a kind items are ready to ship and will ship within three business days (unless you purchase other items which are made to order).

Shipping times may slow down  during sales events, new releases and during the months of November and December. We take pride in our work and do our best to process each order as quickly as possible, while also maintaining the quality we are known for.

We happily support and love our international customers, so we include special gifts with every order.

We ship all International products through USPS Priority mail. Your product can be track only while in transit with in the USA. Unfortunately not all countries provide a tracking number when the package enters their territory therefore we might no longer be able to track your package.

OlivosARTstudio is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.

These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

Cost calculations: We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order. We charge a low, flat shipping rate to be fair to all customers.

Care for your new canvas reproduction & Jewelry:
  • ♦ Clean the canvas surface with a dry, soft material (like a feather duster) without applying pressure on the surface.
  • ♦Clean the glass surface of your necklace with a dry microfiber cloth
Your canvas reproduction can be damaged if:
  • ♦ Pressure is applied to the surface.
  • ♦ Using any moisture, rough material or chemicals to clean the surface.
  • ♦ Exposed to the elements.
Your necklace and jewelry can be damaged if:
  • ♦ Exposed to liquids by swimming, exercise, shower, applying hairspray, lotions or skin products.
  • ♦ Cleaning jewelry with ultrasonic jewelry cleaner abrasive fabrics or any type of moisture and chemicals.
  • ♦ Do not sleep with your jewelry on.
Quality and Unique Fine Art 

We personally make all prints and pendants to order in the studio to ensure likeness and to ensure quality.

All of our papers and canvases are acid-free and, with proper care, will last for generations.

Our pendant jewelry is made with archival mini-prints and we use genuine stones for all our Malas and one of a kind, hand sculpted mini Goddess Talismans. 

We have over 10 years of printing experience producing prints with our state-of-the-art Epson scanner and printer. The quality of our prints (and their prices) can not be beat!
