PROGRAM DETAILS, Session 4, July 28 to August 1
- Morning Block: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Complimentary: Pool time: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
- Afternoon Block: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Ages: 6-16years (Mixed-age Montessori approach)
- Intimate class sizes (max of 8 students}

EXPERT INSTRUCTORS Claudia and Sergio Olivos, professional artists and experienced educators:
Claudia Olivos:
- Former instructor at Art League of Alexandria (Torpedo Factory)
- 11 years as adjunct faculty at Art Institute of Washington
- Professional artist
Sergio Sierra
- 17 years teaching in Arlington and Alexandria public schools
- Former faculty at Universidad Autonoma de Queretaro, Mexico
- Professional artist
DAILY SCHEDULE

Register for both morning and afternoon sessions on the same day and save!
- Regular combined price: $634
- Special full-day rate: $586
All students bring water and snacks. Students attending a full day should pack a lunch.
ABOUT OUR TEACHING APPROACH Our mixed-age environment creates a unique learning experience where older students naturally mentor younger ones, fostering leadership skills while younger students are inspired by their peers. This proven approach, refined over our 20-year history, creates a supportive, collaborative atmosphere where each student can develop at their own pace.

- Space is extremely limited due to our small class size commitment. Early registration is strongly recommended to secure your preferred dates.

- Session 1: June 30 – July 4
- Session 2: July 7 to July 11
- Session 3: July 21 to July 25
- Session 4: July 28 to August 1
- Session 5: August 4 to Aug 8
Terms and conditions
Please register by filling out the registration form, and paying the deposit fee.
Please note: if registering for multiple sessions, a deposit for each session must be received in order to reserve the space in each session. Complete payment is due prior to the beginning of the session (your deposit applies to the total fee).
*Please note: Prompt pick-up is required at the end of each session. A late pick-up fee may apply for children not collected on time.*
Cancellation Policy & Refunds
The deposit is not refundable, however, sessions are transferable if there is available space, you may switch to a different week. You may also sell your spot to a friend.
OlivosARTstudio cancellations:
-No make-ups or refunds are provided due to missed camps or workshops sessions.
-Claudia & Sergio reserve to cancel a class in case of circumstances beyond their control (illness, inclement weather)- classes canceled by OlivosARTstudio will be scheduled for online learning, or a later date when possible.
DISCLAIMER
At OlivosARTstudio LLC., no student will be denied admission on the basis of race, gender, gender identity, or ethnicity. However, because of the need for group cooperation in classes, we reserve the option of refusing admission to any person deemed incompatible with any class group due to disruptiveness, or for any impediment to the learning process of the group as a whole.
Safety precautions and proper use of art materials and chemicals are rigorously practiced. Please use discretion when registering for classes, as OlivosARTstudio cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions that may arise in some individuals with the use of materials (chalk pastels, charcoal, acrylics and the like). Please advise us of any and all allergies.
RELEASE AGREEMENT
By registering your student you agree to the following: Although every effort is made to provide a safe environment, I recognize there is always a risk of an accident. By submitting a registration, I agree to be responsible for any medical bills incurred resulting from illness or injury during my student’s participation at OlivosARTstudio and our facilities. Students are expected to carry their own accident and medical insurance. I release OlivosARTstudio from any and all liability and/or claims or damages arising out of personal injury of any kind. If necessary, I authorize OlivosARTstudio to administer first aid and/or authorize medical treatment for my student.
